Gratitude super power explosions
self healing with help by touch of love
even a minute in your arms charms the energy I have to new heights
an hour and earth feels a distance away
traveling past the speed of knowledge
I feel courage powerful as first steps
the melting of fear as in a 5th
these feet know travels
they have been across most experience
they have been damaged, repaired and counseled in degrees of limitations overcome
yet
they have only recently found a path as worthwhile as the journey we are walking together
A path which makes me want to walk slowly to savor
A path to run full speed to see how fast we are capable
A path that I want to stop and simply enjoy and breathe in the present stillness

No matter how fast, far or fun we travel
